Posted this in the middle of the 5th round. My thoughts on the Lions first 4 rounds.

1.1) Matthew Stafford QB 6'2'' 225lbs Georgia
1.20) Brandon Pettigrew TE 6'5'' 263lbs Oklahoma State
2.33) Louis Delmas S 6'0'' 202lbs Western Michigan
3.76) DeAndre Levy OLB 6'2'' 236lbs Wisconsin
3.82) Derrick Williams WR 6'0'' 194lbs Penn State
4.115) Sammy Lee Hill DT 6'4'' 329lbs Stillman

As am I. Levy looks like a steal and sammie hill looks to have great upside for a later round pick. Pettigrew jury is still out.. but I like for the most part what Stafford has shown so far. Its all on him this season.

We really miss Pettigrew in Stillwater. He was an outstanding player. A real class act as well. He can block and catch with the best of them. Enjoy him in Detroit. GO POKES BABY!!!!!

Ive seen very little of him since half their games are blacked out, but Ive liked what ive seen.

why does everyone hate on brandon pettigrew? Did anyone see him play against Brian Orakpo?? He pancaked orakpo a few times and orakpo is a beast! Pettigrew was a solid pickup at number 20. Maybe he isnt a need now, but when the hell have the lions had a good TE? Marcus pollard for half a season is the last good dual threat tight end i can think of. btw good choice not taking mauluga, Larry Foote is sick

Crazy! They didn't draft Rey or James, but they did get a solid mlb in Deandre

Hidsight is a great Science.

Stafford is a beast and will become a great QB if he is given the protection,

Pettygrew was a solid pick and his numbers will get better when he nails down the playbook,

L Delmas is a Beast that will take our Defence to another level.

D Levy was a steal who only got better as the season went on,

D williams needs to up it this season.

S Hill, is a solid starter.

Z Follett is a stud

Delmas has been money for us, Pettigrew is hurt but I like his potential.

I saw that! He has had a very good rookie year as far as being a dependable tackler.

deandre levy has more tackles than aaron curry this year.
