@joeschmojo And yes, there's still "the authority of the gun" but once you get to court, that's no longer authority.

@joeschmojo Thanks for toning it down. I'm serious about this stuff, and my posts have behind them quite a bit of knowledge and research. I can't do it alone. None of us can. Not for anyone else... I started my channel with the idea of debunking the "sovereign" and "freeman" concepts. I didn't beleive it I thought it had to be a load of crap. What happened is I found out that statutes are where the crap is loaded. And now I'm one of them lol! Imagine that!

@joeschmojo You've "accepted" thier offer of slavery. I'm telling you it's that simple at the heart of it. You want real freedom and the proper authority? Then learn about what we're talking about. You know in your heart it's true.
-
@joeschmojo you think you're a slave, that's why you're a slave.
-
@joeschmojo no it's that ourc countrymen, if they try to go against thier own agreements, are in breach of contract, and are treated accordingly.
-
Lol I win.

lol

@joeschmojo You're signing yourself up with every post. Like I said, be what you want to be. If you insist so strongly that you're a slave with no rights, then so be it. I belive you.
-
@joeschmojo You're still just using insults as an argument. What's wrong with you? Do you really belive that you don't have rights? Well, getting them back isn't easy. Maybe that's what the problem is. You'd have to study, and drop the high school attitude, learn some simple basic laws, see some statutes, maybe a few months worh of convincing yourself because you can't beleive what happens when you read law. The law starts to fall apart and contracts emerge.
It's all contracts.

@joeschmojo Listen, the Japanese were consenting. They didn't know it but they were. Who ever told you you were a "citizen?"
You did when you checked the box, signed the agreement, and transferred your rights via consentual agreement. It's real, and so are your rights, but you signed them away to people who perpetratind fraud on all of us.
A total complete waste of taxpayer money.
