How was this a deleted scene? You just spliced both of the scenes from the movie together.

I never had the movie on VHS.
I didn't buy it until a few years ago on DVD.
I'd seen the movie a lot on TV like on HBO or Cinemax but I didn't remember the song at the beginning of the movie. LOL But now I have all the movies and Freddy on my Mortal Kombat game. LOL

i must be the only one who prefered this music to the other lol
the only reason why they used this one when this was re released on dvd and video was they lost the music rights to the other so had to replace the music
eventually they got the rights back blah blah blah

@revokdaryl1 and whats this song called
-
Up into now I used to think that, "Into the Fire" as the alternate. WOW. I've heard this one growing up thinking that it was the real song for it.

@thethiefking I agree, Dokken's "Into The Fire" is more fitting for this movie, but I always loved this track. I forget who does it but I'm going to look it up right now. I used to have this movie on VHS and this was the song that was on it. Believe me, after watching the film so many times on the VHS version you can imagine how shocked I was to hear "Into The Fire" during this scene when I bought the DVD a few years ago.
