Learn about Pivot Tables, SUMIF function, COUNTIF function and SUMPRODUCT function. Learn about:
1.How SUMIF and COUNTIF cannot handle arrays and so the solution means that we must add an extra column and use the MONTH, YEAR and TEXT functions.
2.PivotTables Pivot Tables are the fastest method
3.How to construct a SUMPRODUCT formula that requires two dates from only one date

I try to watch this video but it says " An error occurred, please try again later". Does this video have technical problem?

Can you advise where I can watch it? Thanks.

  • YouTube is not very good. You just have to try it later. Usually, it works within a few minutes if you try it later.

  • What position do you want to round to? If to the penny use the ROUND function with a 2 as second argument in the column to the right of the numbers, then Copy, Paste Special Values.

  • It will be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

In my big budget, I usually use the Data Solver very frequently, as a result of the recalculations, my new numbers comes with 15 decimal. Please tell me how to get rid of it.

  • SUMIFS and SUMPRODUCT functions can be used also.

I'll make a video in the next week showing the three methods.

  • You can do weekly data in a Pivot Table. You have to Group by Days and say 7 days and give it a start and end date. You can also do it with formulas when you have the start and end date for each week.
