What position do you want to round to? If to the penny use the ROUND function with a 2 as second argument in the column to the right of the numbers, then Copy, Paste Special Values.

In my big budget, I usually use the Data Solver very frequently, as a result of the recalculations, my new numbers comes with 15 decimal. Please tell me how to get rid of it.

You can do weekly data in a Pivot Table. You have to Group by Days and say 7 days and give it a start and end date. You can also do it with formulas when you have the start and end date for each week.
