  • @spellgalen808 You might find it helpful to use the "Search" button on my channel's home page & look for vids related to "anger" and "breathing". There are some techniques for releasing anger...and I also believe that doing breathwork helps to release old pain such as when we feel betrayed by a parent. Just keep doing the emotional work and trust that it does get easier even though it sometimes feels painful.

  • Thank you.

  • @Ingretto My pleasure. Thanks for your feedback.

  • Wow, I cannot believe it. You explained what I have been feeling for what I believe have been years of anger turned inwards. Thank you for this video.

I will view your other video concerning anger exercises. Thank you so much again.

  • @JinxOz You're welcome. I'm glad to hear this was helpful. Well wishes.

  • good and right..

  • @yourright100 I feel your pain, I am 51, and now know , the best years of my life are over, and will never have the good things in life, such as friends, family, love of a beautiful woman, rewarding career, or any wealth, God has scorned and cursed me for some evil my ancestors have done, now I feel like a ghost walking thru the world only able to watch others have the riches, that I am forbidden to touch. I used to be a fun person, now I am mean and spitefull.

  • To me Anger can also can be Depression turned outward. So one can be sad & then they "Ignore" it or try not to be depressed & it festers into anger

But yeah I think it can be the way you said.

I am much more angry than I am depressed.

I think it is how your body reacts to stress.

  • I am almost always Angry & I think it is because my Adrenaline levels rise during stress while a depressed persons Adrenaline levels drop during stress.

But High Anger iwth High Adrenaline for too long can cause Adrenaline levels to bottom out & Drop & that drop in Adrenaline can cause depression.

Which is what you are describing.
