I am not in Minnesota. I can look up the party affiliation and voting record of every voter in my state by typing in their name and county. I am saying that by knowing a name and address from the phone book and the party affiliation from the website, it would be easy to walk right into the polling place and cast a vote for them. All they ask for is a name and address.If somome is registered and has not voted in 8-10 years, there is a good chance they are not voting this year.

It's not only requiring a valid picture ID. It requires a valid picture ID with current address, and who knows what else. Nobody does, until legislators decide after it passes.
