  • @urbex2007 Haha! The smoke is black because the chargers aren't lit and the truck has big ass injectors. The truck is fine, not brkem as you suggest. Once the chargers light it cleans the smoke right up. Increasing cylinder size wouldn't do shit on a truck like that. I suggest you learn a thing or two about turbo diesels in the real world. For now, go back to your engineering class mr. knowitall.

  • @Mstangman70 I was gonna say there's nothing wrong as the smoke is cleaned right up when the chargers light.

How difficult was it to get the twins to fit in the OBS?

  • @zytekfan Depends on how big they are. We took out the inner fender and ran it there for a little while. Then we put in a 3" body lift and they both fit in the valley under the hood now. A body lift helps a lot

  • did he go to unoh?

  • yep

  • @urbex2007 ur wrong!

  • When did you Graduate from UNOH? I Graduated in 08

  • @TIMBERWOLFAPPLE Yeah apparently all the semi's on the road and all heavy equipment must be broken hahahahahahahahahahaha

  • nice!

  • Does twin turbo mean that both manifolds go into the turbo turbine and into the exhaust?

  • Nice truck. I love the old 7.3s. I gave mine to my old man to haul shit at the farm. I'd have to correct you on one of your previous comments though. The heui system doesn't have a high pressure fuel system. The high pressures are made in the injector by the amplifier piston via high pressure oil. 2 lift pumps no high pressure fuel is sent to an injector. Just a little help for ya. But you are right about supporting mods are necessary.

  • @Mstangman70 you sir are correct!!!! just cuz it smokes dont mean its broke,so to the guy above you,you mean to tell me every diesel on here that blows black smoke is broke?why dont u read anyother forums and learn about how a diesel works ,AIR FLOW=MORE POWER=MORE FUEL BEING ADDED,all these mods need more like injectors, turbos, high vol injection pump, chip it plays a roll
