GeoSnippits Geocaching Tutorial Videos hosted by our very own lovable HeadHardHat gives you an interesting introduction on how to plan a route on Geocaching.com and then enjoy the ride of a fantastic Road Trip to the Ocean. See interesting critters and animals along the way while learning valuable geocaching tid-bits and information. See GeocacheNavigator by Trimble in action as it works on HHH's Blackberry phone. Geocachers with little or no experience will enjoy these episodes as much as the more experienced geocachers will. GeoSnippits is an ever growing series of geocaching video tutorials geared for geocachers of all experiences to enjoy. You can also visit our GeoSnippits home web page at www.geosnippits.com.

  • Lived the intro :) Your sense of humor is what makes GeoSnippits so much better than regular instructional videos

  • @gianstechreviews Why thank you. I do enjoy making them as fun as possible. All of that was filmed at either Kure Beach, NC or the NC Aquarium not far from there.

  • Awesome video! I'm going on a trip across Canada and I was thinking of finding a few caches each day, but there's no way I could put all the waypoints for my route in my GPS. What would you suggest?

  • Black Widow spider.....yikes!! I was caching in the Smoky Mountains (Pigeon Forge area) in April and was warned about the poisonous spiders, snakes & scorpions. I don't know how you guys can reach into places we all know caches can be hidden in. Up here in Wisconsin the only thing we have to worry about is possibly getting bit by a squirrel. Have you, or anybody you know, ever been bitten by anything poisonous?

  • When you planned your trip to MI, did you have to make multiple route pocket queries for each 500 miles on your GPS?

  • Always glad to help, let us know how it turns out and how much longer it took to get to your destination. I know geocaching to a destination point can double or worse sometimes. -HHH

  • Thank you for the informative video on plannning a geocaching road trip. We make a trip down to St. George, UT from Springville, at least a couple times a year, and this will help in getting caches along the way.
