Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen won the 1952 Emmy Award for most outstanding television personality.

Consideing his holy life, the Cause for Archbishop Fulton J. Sheens Canonization officially opened on September 14, 2002. December 9, 2009 marked the 30th Anniversary of Sheens falling asleep in the Lord, and September 20, 2009 commemorated the 90th Anniversary of his Presbyteral Ordination.

To commemorate these special anniversaries and to promote the Cause for the Canonization of the Servant of God, Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen, the Bishop Emil J. Mihalik Byzantine Catholic Cultural Center happily announces a multimedia exhibit entitled A Voice Crying Out on the Airwaves: A Prophet for Our Time, honoring Sheens charismatic life and dynamic ministry that moved Catholics and others to true conversion.

The exhibit is scheduled for Monday, February 1, 2010 through Friday, March 5, with the formal opening on Wednesday, February 3.
