Swimming smooth and pretty sure looks good, but unfortunately, it's not always the fastest. How firmly you enter your hand in backstroke can determine how fast, or how efficient you are.

  • There are a number of things in backstroke I need to fix (once I get that first breath). This appears to be an interesting tip to start the path to a faster IM.

  • ones I start swimming backstrockes I find myself at the other side of the pool wich is so anoying..
