Here's what I do and it always comes out looking crisp.Render out of AE as a quicktime mov (animation). Then import into your NLE/Video Editor and export out of that as a MPEG-4 encoded file. You can choose any container (mov,mpg,etc). My HD files come out to be around 1 MB per minute at 720p. Quality is degraded minimally but then again your file is tiny.

download sony vegas or after effects.. ;) u can download trail free ;) and then, just do as the rest of the world download the crack 2 :)

You need to render it as Best quality or change the resolution to say,,, 720 x 420 i think? HDV??
