Another mech for the planned animation.

Here I'm showing how the animations blend together, you can see how an over riding action strip allows the bdy and arms to be "steadied" for firing the main guns. Also here you can see the guns are withdrawn in to the forearms when not in action.

  • That's why they originally called it blender, because of the ability to blend animations together. Of course it takes some time and effort to get to know how to do it well.

  • Saw the renders on Deviantart, nd as an avid BattleTech fan, I have to say, KUDOS TO YOU!!! =D

  • I dunno...the King Crab is very slow and very heavy, so should it not have a more lumbering step? The arms swinging also seems unnecessary, considering that the torso is much wider than it is tall, and that the center of mass is so low to the ground. So there's no worry of the 'mech falling over backwards or flat on its face.

  • You do a great job. Your Animations are the first one which are really smoth. Most of them lagg at the moment when the Animations begins new.
