Well, the improvement is on the end, at the stairs, the B+B and going back to the ledge again. Suggested by Mapler90210.
I don't think it's possible to do red coins with 11x because looks like it's impossible to go back to the ledge where you B+B without pressing A after you get the last coin...

at 0:44 you could just turn around and do the run jump thing to get to the black and white platform.. hard to explain cus im not english hehe still i give u 5/5 just say that you can try to do faster than before =)

Well, that would be hard, and wouldn't improve my 11 times pressing A record, so I chose to simply go there walking =P

Why did you jump off the pole with the red coin at the top of it? Why not just dive and recover over the gap when the platforms are close?

It's impossible. The platforms aren't sufficient close for that.
