ANWR Expert?  Somehow I feel not. A native from Kaktovik would be an expert, a USFWS biologist working in ANWR is an expert. A geologist working with the USGS is an expert. A book writer from Texas is not an expert in any sense of the word. What Dr. Rice proved is he is biased as can be and has no ability to control himself.
