In this video clip I will review an advanced concept in script that I call the symmetry of curves. Please refer to my instructional articles available without cost on the IAMPETH lessons page at:

Don't forget to visit both the main IAMPETH web site at:

http://www.iampeth.com

  • thanks

  • I've had that trouble too on occasion, it happens when i hold it at too sharp an angle relative to the paper and ink welled under the nib will bleed

  • I am having sooooooooooo many problems with the spacing on this stroke! I also where to end the shade =(

  • Hello! I am a newbie as well and one of my favorite nibs is the Leonardt EF Principal nib I love it!

  • Thanks!

I am doing my excercises, but i have a huge problem with the paper. It "spills" the ink in the broad traces (which are ink filled). I have tried kimberly paper, regular printer paper and sketch paper... i dont know what kind of paper to buy. could you please give me hints regarding the best kind of paper?

  • can you tell us newbies something about how to choose a nib, when buying it and how to fill the nib?

    thanks!
