http://TheFrugalChef.com. I said these would cook for 5 hours but they
were ready in 4. These are delicious and easy to make. Serve them with
mashed potatoes and you will be golden!

  • I'm going to make this soon,it sounds so good and easy.I had a great apple pork chop dish many years ago in a cafe near Boston. It also came with wonderful gravy.

  • @HattieLovesCattie Great! I hope this comes out great for you Hattie! Thanks!

  • @pastryparrot1 I think I will add a can of mushroom soup to the bottom of the pot tho as I like the gravy to be thicker.I wil try it soon:)

  • @pastryparrot1 I have got to quit shilly shallying and learn to use an old fashioned pressure cooker here. They scare me! The instructions are in French. Most homes in Europe have one, however. I just did a basic stock with ordinary bones from one chicken, roasted. Not really rich enough for a broth but excellent as a cooking ingredient. To think I used to throw bones away! xo

  • @elbacooks4u Elba! You are so sweet. Your recipes are wonderful! Always! I am so behind on videos and emails but I always love watching you cook. You are really great! God bless you too!

  • @chattingwithu Hi there! Maybe add some more liquid but I don't think you need to double it. Have a wonderful day! I hope these come out great!

  • This looks wonderful! If I double the pork chops should I double the sauce over them or that doesn't matter? Thanks!

  • @pastryparrot1 Restaurants seem generally happy to know you'd like to visit but could people share, how much does that cost, and could you even bring something to take leftovers home in, thus sparing them having to pack it up for you? The free thing worked well in the States as long as I asked in advance and was polite. Also, I was prepared to spring for at least one full meal to ensure they made money! They were usually willing to make some deal. They seldom said no. xo

  • I am hungry right now..yummy.

    God Bless,

    Elba
