Curated by the local choreographers of Curio Dance, Giselle Mejia and Dario Mejia, Drop the Mic! is a culmination of the most talented and dedicated dancers in the Midwest. Drop the Mic! will be part performance, part breakdance competition and features more than 30 performers with dance styles including hip-hop, breakdance, krumpin, popping, locking, tap dance, bucket drumming, beat boxing and an electroluminescent light show. Dancin' Dave and D-Skreet "Groove Fellaz", B-Boy J-Sun, Buckets and Tap Shoes, Christ Up Dance Crew, HYPE Dance Company, Obtuse Crew, Tish Jones, Ti-en-T, The Beat Squad and the DG Light Dancers are scheduled to appear.

yo man theres crews all over the world that have the same name, ppl are gonna think alike and most likely they didnt know another crew would have that name, the same way i think ur crew didnt think another crew would have that name. just because its the same doesnt really mean u have to change it, unless one gets recognized fo it like some of the mo' well known crews are. u should better inform urself also before gettin a crew name.
