Actually, for a lot of people, they're big pests. They don't usually attack humans, but anything small and vulnerable is fair game. Chickens, ducks, turkeys, house cats, small dogs, etc. And since rabies among wild animals is always a concern, having them around where small children might try to treat them like puppies (read: pet them and get bit), it's a fair concern. Should they be killed? I'm more in favor of them being moved. But I can see why many would kill them.

Aww that's cute lol yeah foxes are very shy it's even hard for humans to find them because they are very good at hiding

In way late on this--but I suspect this was taken at the same golf course as RPENN29's 'Golfing Foxes' video--they're *already* very accustomed/tolerant to humans in the vicinity.
What utter cuties.
That looks like such fun =3
The fact that the animals are abliged to approach him is a clear indicator that they don't feel threatened. If they can function in the wild I doubt that this will change anything.
It's illegal to kill foxes in a lot of places as well :<
