Great advice Jason! I've had one for a couple of years but hardly ever use it. I was just reading in a book the other day that 3-4 minutes on a rebounder gives the benefits of the equivalent of 20 minutes jogging! It's much more fun too! Time to blow the dust of mine and get jumping I think! :-)
