Iran has just as much a right to nuclear weaponry as the united states does. Plain and simple! As long as we possess, as well as some of the region surrounding them, they have every right to. They're doing what is logical and moral to protect their country.

You've got wrong information. Do a reasearch. Iraq did not possess nor planned to get the weapons of mass destruction, nor does Iran. They do not hate IDEA of America, they hate a couple of comapnies and politics of America which rob their resources.

We "know" he had them because we still had the receipts (i.e. we gave him the weapons). Saddam told his FBI interregator that he had to keep up impressions; and that all his weapons were confiscated by 1996. Oh, and Saddam Hussein was by no means even slightly comparable to Hitler (whose constructed warmachine in the german Wermacht is the second most effective offensive army ever created), so that horseshit about Neville Chamberlain you cite is hardly applicable.

American Values: You are the one being sucked in by the lies. You really need to do your homework! You listen too much to the establishment and have been brainwashed with lies and mantras! A year from now you will realize you were given the truth from Ron Paul. A year from now if this site is still up I pray we all meet again and you will know you were lied too. It's about the oil. It's about the men behind the iron curtain!

Great Video but people are not listening...Russia was taken down via their economy. We will never leave Iraq because it is about the oil. The inflation tax is redistributing the wealth alright...just like he says...from the middle class and poor to the wealthy. But all those others running for Pres wants you to believe they want to redistribute the wealth of the wealthy to the poor! Either way...it is poor policy and WRONG! Soon everyone will know Ron Paul was right and wishing.........

Do you mean at the New Hampshire primary?
Well if you do, he wasn't INVITED because Fox is biased, false, and controlled. And they're afraid the public will hear the TRUTH!

Ron Paul is the only one who is not out to hurt the American people. This country as we know it has gone to the wolves in the courts and the government.

Please think!!!! Can you honestly say we can afford this war? Do we have other probelms we have to address here in the U.S. A.? So lets solve their (middle east) first and then come back and save our sinking dollar. Most of our power is in our economy, namely our currency, with no currency there is no America. Come on AmValues??? Are you just trying to keep people off subject or do you really love America??

dude...we know he had WMDs...HE HAS USED THEM..just because we didnt find many(we did find small stock piles wich people happen to forget to mention) doesnt mean they didnt have them..there were multiple reasons why going to iraq and winning in iraq would be good for this country
AmericanValues321 4 years ago
any sane person will admit that the WMD threat was overblown - and like it or not Hussein acted as a counterbalance to Iranian influence in the region and was an opponent of Islamic theocratic government. The only way to "win" is for the U.S. to prop up another dictator in Iraq like Saddam or to fill that role ourselves through our military might - neither of which are feasible or in line with the founding principles of our republic.

treaties...obviously your not educated...he was braking the treaties he signed with he u.n. being able to search his country for weapons..man you people are blind..you support paul because he sounds good..the man has 0 substance..he's all flavor

I had initially supported the invasion of Iraq due to what turned out to be the lie that we were told that Hussein was developing WMDs...if you're comparing Hussein not allowing the UN to search his country to the massive mobilization for war that Hitler enacted before WWII then you're the one who is obviously not educated. Our country is in trouble if we feel we need to go to war anytime we are the least bit threatened by some crackpot dictator.

you people are ignorant..ron paul is unrealistic and taking advantage of uneducated young people like your selfs...he has the same foreign policy as neville chamberlain..and if you kids ever read a book about world war 2..you might have realized what his thinking process helped create..

I think I'm pretty well educated and well read by today's standards, and making an analogy between ron paul's approach to international politics and neville chamberlain's appeasement of hitler is completely off base. In the latter case chamberlain looked the other way while hitler violated the Versailles treaty, which was wrong, but what treaties exactly had saddam hussein violated before we invaded Iraq? It's not enough to invade just because we don't like the guy.
