  • Thanks so much for this video. I searched everywhere online how to actually send it back to ZAGG. I didn't know what kind of packaging they wanted it in, it was really annoying trying to figure it out. Thanks again!

  • @ImHappy1dering Reason why I made this video :) because I had the same trouble and had to learn it myself now there is this video for others to look into and myself to refer back to... This makes me smile knowing you solved your dilemma, Happy New Year

  • Is it normal, when I pick the replace button, they ask me to upgrade (I make sure to say no). Shipping is 3.99, but my order seems to get to 18$. I don't have anything in my cart..? help

  • @sangokudbz79 Don't worry, I know it says that but they will release that charge once they receive your old shield you sent back to them... nothing will be charged unless they do not receive the old invisible shield

  • do you have to send the original shield back?

  • @Etnad61 yes

  • Awesome video!

  • @SuperMarioTyler great question I forgot to address. You can still put a case on it but not all types unfortunately. I recommend silicone cases if you want to put a case, other than that tight fitting cases like hard cases may fall off. That's one of the down sides to the Zagg Shiled, there is not much drop protection but silicone cases do work :)

  • one question if you put the cover for the back on it can you still put a case on it?
