  • haha. these aren't vietnamese cusines,

people don't know "vietnamese cusine" for scorpions and all the bull crap that's listed here. even as a vietnamese i don't know of these "cricket dish" and such. it's like a minority dish. what we are known for is baguette sandwiches, pho soup, bbq chicken and pork on rice. etc.

i could go to the states and get myself a dish of racoon and bull testicles that Americans enjoy so much but you guys probably know where I am coming from already.

  • You have an excellent voice for narrating.

I'm Chinese, but I have an interest in the Vietnamese cuisine. While I find some of their ingredients... wild, I guess, I mean, it's still pretty good.

  • it's all fresh for sure. not frozen like in other countries.

  • vietnamese foods have a lot of virus.

  • I don't know how they let you film the kitchen w/o their approval. if I were the owner or workers I wouldn't allow customers in there especially filming. that's invading their privacy, i.e some workers work at certain place but their friends don't even know.

  • yummy!!!!!! very fresh!!!

  • yummy!!!!!!

  • 2 months ago I just got back to viet nam now I am still miss it.

  • i love vietnam, when they prepare food, they actually put work into it instead of sticking it in like a shredder or something. I llllove viet food!!

  • i wanna go i wanna go i wanna go i wanna go *whine*

  • Where is this place? Address? I prefer this kind of BBH... nobody in the states know what the hell i'm talking about. Grew up eating this in Vietnam.
