The Trusty 4 Gate - Protoss StarCraft 2 Tutorial

This is a build you NEED to know if you play Protoss. It is basically Protoss 101.

Basic build that I use (number represents what your supply is at when you build it):

9 Pylon
10 Chrono boost 2 workers
12 Gateway
12 Chrono boost 2 workers
13/14 Assimilator
16 Pylon
18 Cybernetics Core
18ish Assimilator (asap)

Put 3 probes on gas ASAP. You should have 100 gas for Warpgate/Stalker as soon as the cybernetics core finishes.

You should push out after your first wave of units spawns from your warpgates. Continue pressure for 2-3 waves of units. If you cant end the game then, back up and start to macro up! Remember, you are not behind if you do this build correctly as long as you save some units from your original attack.

actually, you can easily rape 3gate robo with 4gate, if you get good forcefields + enough zealots :)

I´m not sure how that works in master / grand master, but until diamond that works

@14paryanin1 If your talking about the really really basics like what the units do and stuff you can just learn that by looking at the description of them, the next basics would be stuff like hot keys ect. that he has other lectures on

good against robotics??? xDDD, I go 3 gate robo, block the ramp with a forcefield and waiting for the immortal and your 4 gate is useless

@AliTubelog Grandmasters were bronze? i dont think so:) i think most of the players were playing broodwar. unsless they are very young
