  • I luv pam..she has a heart of gold!

  • There is a huge difference with animal cruelty and testing on animals for medical purposes. They are completely understating the impacts that animal testing with medicine does for us. As human beings need to have compassion but we also need to be realistic.

  • @Pertrosfoliea Humans will never be an alternative to animal testing, researchers are not allowed to do drugtrials in humans before it has undergone several rounds of theoretical and practical testing (which involves animals). I know it sucks but thats life.

  • @Kano13vilo Ur a wiseman/women! 100% agree!

  • @Holomatchi There are better alternatives, humans. And other alternatives would quickly get better if researchers needed to rely on them. A rodent is still an animal with it's own mind and will to live a good life. If someone in my family got sick with a cureless disease I would be heartbroken, but that's life. And if that family member willingly helped the development of a cure I would be proud.

  • @Pertrosfoliea There is no I used to think so, right now there is not better alternative. And the animals that are mostly used are rodents. They would offcourse use something else than animals if there were better models. But you gotta ask yourself; isnt one in ur family life worth more than that of a rodent to you?

  • @Holomatchi I used to think so too. But then I realised that each animals lives their own life. And the animals life is as important for it as mine is for me.

I agree, of course, that the science is very important. But how important? Using humans would be better for the science, but animals are more convinient. They can't say no:(

I think that alternatives are getting better, so I have hopes for a future with good science and compassion^^

  • Im sorry, im so against animal cruelty but i also stuy medicine, we need animal research and thats fact

  • @BedazzleGlitterGal And a car coated with leather! Ironic, eh?

  • Its not a surprise that she discovered that burgers were made from cows and not from plants or trees, then she decided to join PETA. (typical dumb ass blonde)

  • DUMB SLUT BITCH.
