    1. Carbohydrates

    2. Lipids

    3. Proteins

    4. Nucleic Acids

    ----NOT sugar and starch carbohydrates, these are still carbohydrates in the same category and you left out nucleic acids which are the DNA and RNA that carry basic information which allows the body to produce proteins such as enzymes.

  • ...if you watch the video, she does not say that proteins, lipids, starch, and sugar are the four major macro molecules. She says they are the four found in our food. Which is absolutely correct. We don't eat out nucleus acids.
