It's not illegal to run 2 type 7s, or solo 7s. They meet ADA requirements it just takes a lot longer to load/unload wheelchairs. It is greatly preferred for there to be an 8 in the consist.

This makes no sense...how come there are consists of two Type 7's when that's not legal anymore and they have to run one with low floors?

At 6:14 it looks as though it is about to derail....(and that was the one in front, not in back)
