David Tennant: "I suppose the easter special is the final hurrah for my doctor, this story, Waters of Mars really is the beginning of the end. Something happens in this one that fundamentally alters who the Doctor is & where he is. These final specials are going to be fun, exciting and very sad. You can really hear the bell tolling for the Tenth Doctor."

Russell.T.Davies: "Althought this special will be more linked to Tennant's last specials it is more of a story in its own right and less of a "romp" than Planet of the Dead. But its still no cheaper, its more contained, one of the base-udner-siege stories which always work...

Filming began Feburary & March this year.

Some other rumours that other people have found:
Sutekh is returning (maybe just because of the "On Mars" bit but still, this is most likely rubbish.)
The Master is returning (not yet guys)
The thing from Midnight is returning (see above)
The Ice Warriors are returning (no signs of cold breathing)
The Gelth are returning (um.. sorry don't quite get this one.)

i have seen a vid on here that copares gwen (torchwood) with gweneth from the gelth episode saying that they are the same person - i think this is maybe true and they may not be anisters - if the gelth return it may include this if it is true

Notice that at 0:43, BB1's central control console bears just a little bit too much resemblance to the TARDIS console? Multiple sides, with a 'rotor' going up from the middle.

Oh, and the windows are roundel-shaped.

And the Master is in the final two specials.
