PLOT: Damon is having a hard time coping being a vampire for Elena because Elena wants him to be better than that. Damon made few mistakes, and Elena is having a hard time forgiving him. He tried to redeem himself for her, but in the end Damon thinks he doesn't deserve her but his brother does so he left Mystic Falls. Elena then realized how much she loves him, and knows it's her fault that she pushed him away but it's too late Damon is already gone.
