It's being called "Kasou" in English forums. I did a translation for dialogs and interface a little awhile ago, though some of it's still hard-coded, like the language parsing system which requires hiragana input. This is actually a pretty deep ontological mystery; you can only learn the story by investigating, and some of it remains ambiguous to the end.

What is the English name of this game? I'm trying the trick to copy the japanese name of this game but I can't get more information about this. I just got this: 妄想性仮想人格障害 通常版. And there are a lot of Japanese name of any different games too.
