@MMACHMP We keep regular watches. Early in the trip it was 4 on 4 off. Later we had to shorten the interval, at times, to 2 hour watches because we could not stay out in the cockpit any longer in the cold and wet conditions. You can get used to the 4 hr watches but the short ones take their toll after a few days.
