A friend can "share" a photo from your album and post it to THEIR wall/album, and others (who might be unable to see it off of your profile) can then see it from there.
Also, it'll show where they got it from i.e YOUR album....

Why in the Hell would you include your Boss in your personal social circle? Unless certain select Circumstances in your personal life are going to impact your job performance or interrupt your job attendance.. your personal life is none of your bosses damn business!!!!!

I go by an alias and I just got a picture of money, AND I got my profile set to private. I don't have any of my co-workers, but I might consider it only if they was real cool. I wouldn't add any of my bosses though.
