  • @wallaguest1 MSM is short for methyl sulfonyl methane. The best kind to get is plant-derived (such as from Omica) but the ethanol-derived (such as OptiMSM brand) also works. It is basically SULFUR and helps to get rid of calcification in the body as well as detoxing heavy metals too, I believe.

  • i don't take msm i eat more foods with sulfuric oils. Garlic, onion, ginger, mustargreens, radishes. FEEL THE BURN! its good for your joints and hair too. MSM is cool too but i'm all natural
