  • wile the cuda dev tools are nice, the ATI cards have a substantial lead in raw processing power, plus better driver compatibility with linux. So if your building a system designed purely for hash cracking your better off with ATI/AMD GPU's (6990 i believe can preform around 760 million hashs a second compaired to nvidia's GTX590 that can only do about 190 million hashs a second.) If the primary function is a gaming rig stick with the nvidia's.

  • @MouthofSaurons

search for, ighashgpu (software used to hack using gpu)

  • @TheMmakk through OpenCL then?

  • It would be 2x faster using AMD GPU (as there is more cores in AMD GPU vs nVidia)

  • what about Cell farm (PS3s). Its fast and YLOD PS3s from Ebay are from 50bucks... has anybody tried?

  • @MyAliasHasBeenStolen Many college's have connected either Xbox's/PS3's to a GIG-E network, or APC Backbone, using a central workstation to control each "cluster" Anyway dude are you on drugs lol?

  • @logistix111 Hey do any of you guys know how to hack xbox live accounts do like get the md5 hash or something from xbox live or i dunno if anyones knows of how or knows any one who can could you let me know i would appricciate it or do you hhave any proggrame suggestions

  • @MyAliasHasBeenStolen Glad to see you've finally come down off of your enraged PCP high. You get nothing from me fool. Google how to do it for yourself.

  • @logistix111 I do not believe there to be a way to "link" PS3's together and harness the combined power, however this is not my area of expertise, so please provide a reference to an article about this. I could not ever imagine sony would create a console with the ability for more consoles to be added on to gain more performance. Ofc, with physical manipulation this would be possible, but then the objects are no longer PS3's. Either way, proof please: company name, url, + refrences to multi-ps3s
