Making loud notes less loud and soft notes louder, right ?
But wouldn't making soft notes louder also increase whatever parasite that's in the sound ?

LOL. Im only laughing because Im glad to see tht you really know your stuff too. Im going to do one going over compression in Pro Tools but you are sooooo right, I do need to at least go over external compression too. But man if you do ANY videos on the mixing side of music, PLEASEA LET ME KNOW!!! Im a student of music! I love this art
