I THINK I have the gist of this XD :

*those three dudes are recruited to some sort of food academy

*they got participate in some food tournament thingy, maybe they can't leave if they don't participate? I dunno...

*that dude with the fan is the rival, he probably said something along the lines of "My name is [so-and-so] and am the best cook here!"

*I love the four teachers, especially Nagayan!!!

*the teacher with the glasses and slicked back hair is behind all this, but WHY???
