thats so true

when the kick is like 30 meter high you cant catch it liek that you will need to do a how cna i say you need to use your arms to stop the bal and your chest to stop the ball rom going away thats how i do it its good this way

yeah, your elbows need to be together, put your arms in air (make something like basket out your hands), when catching, you need to breathe out your air, and for better play, you need to stand a lil bit side ways so you can pass it in situation to other team member.

I usually play Lock (second row scrum) because I am tall and sometimes if needed, I play as hooker because I trained much passing line-out throws and I make codes for my team. Earlier I played as wing, but wasnt so good.

is it supposed to be a joke, Its in the backs- when you start planning excellerated loops, switches and mispasses all in one move that it gets tougher. not 'how to catch the ball' HOW IS THIS ADVANCED?
