I grew up with this stuff as a kid in Germany... even saw the band, which was rather okay, actually. This song, which I've not heard in 40+ years sounds like a combo of punk (yet to be invented) and surf (at times). Check out 'Don't Mince Matter'... Or The German Bonds doing 'We're Out of Sight'.
