I worked for Hebrides Haulage and visited South Uist twice a week for 2 years. Never been anywhere like it since! Special hellos to Ian and Annie Macaulay (Daliburgh). Mary Roddie and Ian Steel (North Boisdale). Oh aye and Callum the permanently pished barman in the Borrodale. Uist is special, the people even more so...........DOUGIE......
