Glass Pro Systems is proud to announce the Annihilator windshield repair tool. This tool is the final evolution of our series of tools for glass repair. We originally started with the stainless steel tool called "The Cinch", then changed our tool to "Super Cinch" and now to the Annihilator. The Annihilator will be the premier tool of Glass Pro Systems. We are manufacturing our Annihilator from Delrin(tm) because the material is extremly tough, chemical resistant and costs far less to produce this high quality and professional windshield repair tool. Notice the position of annihilator on end of bridge which articulates downward to match any curvature of glass.
Or to position tool for a near molding repair. Annihilator works at any angle, even works upside down!
The injector and the stand off legs are still made from anodized aluminum. The anodizing protects the aluminum metal from the effects of the repair resin and has enough surface resistance to allow resin to stay in place during the initial vacuum cycle.
We produced this tool for two different reasons. First reason is the material cost a lot less to machine, is strong and looks very nice. The material also allowed us to reduce the price of our kits substaintially. We did this to help people struggling with today's economy to get into windshield repair for a lot less money yet allow the highest quality repairs in the least amount of time. Second reason is we were in contract with a company who went around our patent while they were in a contract with us to produce our super cinch for a franchiser. We made the Annihilator several hundred dollars less to buy so people who wanted to up grade their equipment or get into windshield repair could do so at a greatly reduced cost.
The Annihilator only weighs 9.3 ounces without the modified wood's pump and 10.3 ounces with. The modified wood's pump is specially made for Glass Pro Systems and is specailly designed to produce far more vacuum than a standard wood's pump. The wood's pump is connected to a slip luer which connects to the female slip luer on the vacuum chamber. The vacuum pump or modified wood's pump is removed from the vacuum chamber after the initial vacuum cycle and when the injector has been lowered to the glass. The modified wood's pump serves two functions. It produces very high vacuum and indicates that a positive vacuum is in place before injector is lowered. This Annihilator is the only injector that can verify a vacuum is in place before injection. This allows the tool to be far more reliable for glass repair. The contact seal if damaged or not placed against the glass tight enough will allow vacuum loss which would result in much longer repair times and less quality. With the indicator line on the thumb depressor staying stationary after being depressed ten times shows a vacuum is being maintained.
The wood's pump is also movable while on vacuum chanmber. It can be positioned so it is out of the way for doing repairs outdoors when a u.v. shade is used for example or getting under a visor on a truck.
The remainder of our super cinch valve bodies are being refitted to operate the exact same way our Annihilator operates. The price of our modified super cinch will be the same as our Annihilator. These aluminum Annihilators will be sold until remainder of stock is sold. Please specify if you would like the Aluminum Annihilator or the Delrin model. Please give us call today at 1-815-713-4480 or 1-608-558-1375 to get started with this extraordinary tool! Or online @ glassprosystems.com

lol this guy has sent me messages threatening me. What a clown. He goes around talking smack about tools that out do his by a long shot. Then gets threatening when someone who has actually tested his junk gimmick calls him on it. Just get over it! Your tool is junk. Your personality is a-holish, and pray I don't show up at your door. looking to try windshield repair? Call Delta Kits. You can't go wrong. The tools are solid. The tools are developed by actual science..not some asshat in his garage

one other thing. You only use one or two drops per repair? Do you tink we are all blind? I watched you squirt 1/4 of your bottle into that thing for a tiny chip repair. Watch him squeeze his resin bottle 3 or four times forcefully. Thats called squirting, not drops. Also look at the hassel it is to adjust that tool for the edge of the windshield. And look at that dangly woods pump.

wayyyyy tooooo much pressure...5lbs is all u EVER need. 14lbs??? are you kidding me??? If you use this tool, make sure your liability waiver is in place on your invoice. Make sure its signed. You'll be telling alot of customers "well, sorry about that! It cracked out!!! Well, it was broken anyways, and I'm not responsible for failed repairs." For any aspiring windshield repair techs, look up Delta kits...I am not affiliated with them in any way. I have used most tools out there. This tool's odd.

Respond to this video... We only add one or two drops of resin to injector after each repair. All unused resin stays in injector. Wasteful is spending big money for G-3 when our tool will blow it out of the water any day of the week.

@stihlcarven Tell you what, I'll show everyone in the world it is you who is "retarded" using the tool you use. I'll take you on anytime , just call and set up a time. We'll film the repairs, time and quality and show them on you tube.

How would you compare your tool to the GlasWeld's G3 kit?
daltoniks 1 year ago
Uhhhmmm..I am a windshield tech....that tool looks like it works as good as anything I guess....I happen to do alot of repairs near the edge of the windshield...that tool would never reach....an injector in the middle of the tool instead of on the end is...well....I guess "retarded" comes to mind....did you actually design this? I might try your resin though...cause that is what creates the "clear" repair.not the limited design of the tool.the way resin is added to the injector is also wastfull

Good Job, Clear and concise, Only an idiot would bring up some what ifs...? Clearly not Educated... And you are dead on right about the Physics end of the tools capabilities...THNX

air pressure values can be checked by watching your local weather. Our vacuum pumps put out 28 inches of vacuum so we don't need an indicator to show it. The wood's pump pulls out the air presure,
