  • From watching your various Jui Jitsu videos i was wondering that since now your training boxing if you are getting into mixed martial arts?

  • @RoidMan888 nope

  • Not bad man, especially after one month of training. I know your Boxing coach will more than likely tell you to do so.. but make sure you twist on the ball of your foot when throwing hooks and uppercuts, you'll get so much more speed and power from them. Of course he'll be concentrating on gaining your balance at the moment so it's not as important just yet.. but just something to bare in mind for you.

    Keep training hard Ken!

  • @seanyyman agree, thanks

  • I have those same shoes as the guy boxing! sickkkk

  • nice moves nd techniques ur practising

  • @kenprimo You're doing pretty good. But I would add on to what seanyyman was saying and say that on top of pivoting when throwing hooks and uppercuts, its also important to have your back (right) heel up off the ground when you throw any shot, especially crosses. You can't rotate your body weight properly if you are flat footed.

  • Your sholders are realllllllly tight. relax and try and think about your hips and core throwing the punch, not so much the sholders. also when your dancing around your steping with the wrong foot and making breaking your stance too much. thats a nasty habit you should stop now. my coach would kick my ass for that. other then that your jab looks good, and u have good hand eye coordination

  • Whats up Ken, You're doing good there brother. Just curious. You teach Ted Johnson some BJJ stuff in return?
