A general view shows a village hit by flashfloods caused by typhoon Washi in Iligan City in southern Philippines December 17, 2011. More than 900 people were killed and almost twice that number were missing after the typhoon hit the southern Philippines, officials said on Saturday, triggering flash floods and landslides and forcing tens of thousands from their homes.
