GL Mar 2 87 pt2 Reva's pregnant/Henry's had a heart attack

Parts of the video on this eppy (pts 1&2) are really bad, or gone, but the audio is in good shape, so you can pretty much follow along. This had to be early 87 before Paige Turco took over the role of Dinah. Also, the episode was interrupted by a news statement by Ronald Reagan, so some scenes are missing.

Reva is pregnant, and Josh is being a little over protective. Sarah and HB both try to talk sense into the two of them. Henry has suffered a heart attack, and wants Vanessa to sit on the board of Spaulding Enterprises in his place. Dinah visits Henry at Cedars where Ed Bauer is his doctor. Johnny and Roxy iron out some problems while Hawk eavesdrops.

I'm glad to actually see one of the episodes I talked about at 17 years old on the homemade "Guiding Light Plot of the Day" casette tape I made!

I wish I could stay & watch some more of this ep. (parts 3 & 4 that you've posted) so I can see if I can identify an exact date -- but I need to get ready to go somewhere this morning (I'll have to watch, later). Maeve Kinkead (Vanessa) & Kim Zimmer (Reva) are especially nice to look at in this episode. And GL's lighting department at this time were really really good.

From my comments on part I, Henry's first heart attack took place in the summer of 1983 when he saw Annabelle Sims and Annabelle was a dead ringer for her mother, Annie. Oh, interesting Paul Valere shows up, definitely from either January or February 1987 because Valere hasn't been murdered by Warren Andrews, yet. This must be a few months before Vanessa got addicted to the pills the second time around.
