Breakaway, Chapter 17, PART 3/3 (A Jonas Sister Story)

I fixed the tie of my tuxedo one last time in front of the mirror, and sighed. Here we go. The last scene for the episode. Lee and I agreed to keep this up to just one take. To avoid awkwardness. Is rather tape this all day, but I couldn't just tell her that.
I came out of my dressing room, and onto the busy set. Everyone was moving so fast, getting ready to wrap it up after this. I passed the staff fixing the light equipment, and passed a bunch of camera men lugging huge wires around. That's exactly when I saw her. Linley looking so beautiful in a sleeveless, cream colored gown. The make up crew was surrounding her, doing last minute touch ups. I grinned at her, and she smiled her sweet smile back. I approached her, and rubbed my hand down her back as everyone cleared the set.
"Ready?" I asked.
"No." She giggled.
"Too bad." I joked.
I got into dance position. I took her right hand, and placed my left around her waist. She looked down, and sighed. She looked at me, smiled, and placed her left hand on my shoulder.
"This isn't fair Brey." She said, smiling.
"I didn't say it was gonna be fair Jonas."
I looked over to our director, and then at the crowd behind him. Lucas Till, and Lorenzo Henrie, our cast mates gave us a thumbs up. Woah. I never knew we had this big of a crew. I can tell she noticed that too, cause her hand on my shoulder curled into a fist, and she sighed. I knew this was her first kiss, and most probably just a bit more public then she expected.
"Nervous, huh Lee?"
She giggled, and poked her tongue out at me. I smiled, and she nodded.
"Sort of."
"Lee," I said, as her caramel colored eyes, looked into mine, "just look at me, okay? And remember, I'm not Brey. I'm Ryan."
"You're still Ryan weather your Brey, Braden Ryan Davids."
I rolled my eyes at my middle name, and smiled at her. She grinned, and looked straight into my eyes.
The director yelled action, and we started dancing slowly. So did the bunch of extras behind me.
"Kay." I said, looking into her light brown eyes.
"Yeah, Ry?"
"You look amazing tonight."
She blushed, and looked away. I thought she would yell cut for a minute, but she looked back at me.
"You don't look to bad yourself Ryan."
In the corner of my eye, I spotted Joe, Nick, Kev, Selena, Demi and Jake join the crowd. Damn it. I hope Lee didnt notice. As if she wasn't nervous enough.
She let go of my hand, and slowly swung both of her arms around my neck. I do'nt know about her, but now, I wasn't acting anymore. I brushed a stray strand of hair out of her face, and moved closer to her. Our noses were practically touching, and she smiled. I stroked her cheek, and gently cupped her chin, lifting it up to face me. Our lips suddenly touched, and I felt- wow. My brain pretty much short circuited on me.
I didn't want to, but I remembered the huge crowd watching us, and we slowly parted. I grinned, and so did she. Her amazing gold eyes, not showing a speck of fright like it did a while ago.
The director yelled cut, and every one cheered. Lee laughed, and whispered into my ear.
"Even as Ryan, your still Brey. Your still my Brey."
She let go of my hand, and made way to her brothers. I was hers. Nice. I liked the sound of it. I grinned to myself, and Jake up and gave me a high five.
"Nice take bro!" He said.
"Thanks Toranzo."
"Why does everyone use that now?" He said, shaking his head, "That's why I changed it into a letter? Hello? Jake T. Austin?"
I rolled my eyes, and went over to Demi and Selena.
Sel ruffled my hair and Demi grinned.
"Hey Romeo. That was a great take."
Thanks.
"Man." I turned around and saw Lorenzo, "You killed that scene."
Thanks bro.
He gave me a high five, and I laughed.
