JUST LOWER A PIPE WITH A RUBBER GROMET AND CLAMP AT THE BOTTOM , THEN FILL THE TANKERS ABOVE WITH THE OIL, AND SLOWLY TURN OFF THE VENTS. HOW DAM BIG IS THE MAIN DRILLING HOLE ANYWAY
