This scene shows a dabka dance from the wedding celebration in the film Cup Final (1991) which is set in Southern Lubnan.
Some Arab music really has a lot of groove I find.

Cup Final deals with the Israeli military push into South Lebanon 1982 while Spain hosts the World Cup. Reserve Private Cohen is called up and misses the football games for which he has bought tickets. On top of that Palestinian fighters capture him but they turn out to be human beings with a heart just like himself.
