-The laws are to protect our kids. Leave your vendetta at home.

BUT,it costs the EXACT SAME 4 hand rolled tobacco-$25 a carton[6oz]-think about it-it's less than the mass cig tax in

It is not an effective deterrent! Just make tobacco illegal if it is so bad...but you can't because you would have to increase tax on something else.

All kinds of tax should have a purpose not lame excuses. Military tax for the military, road tax for the road etc
Things like income tax for the income really represent a most delusional kind of insanity.
Things like not smoking in public buildings or lower the nicotine content every year. That helps the smoker stop smoking,
Insane-tax is not going to prevent people from going insane; "oh, I better start acting normal it's costing me a lot of money."
