im 39 trs old and steve harris is the reason i bought a fender bass many yrs ago. lots a bands are heavy and loud but the music and lyrics are worse than mediocre. these guys have it all. intellectual any historical lyrical content, great melody, the best rhythm with steve and nico. many bands just play loud guitars with bad use of feeback and distortion and drown rhythm out. maiden is tight sounding without any one instrument being too loud. finest metal band out there musically.
