I don't much about accounting - I do know 1.6 trillion deficit is more than 10% of the entire US economy. And MORE than a 1.3 trillion deficit in last year's budget. So obviously they are NOT serious about cutting spending. They are serious about blinding the middle class taxpayer with a lot of fast talk.
