Actually, if you will google the phrase "teacup pomeranian marketing ploy", you will see that is all that the term is.....a way to try to get extra money out of an unsuspecting buyer who thinks they are getting something "special".
There is only one Pomeranian, with the breed standard specifying dogs should fall somewhere between 3 to 7 pounds as adults, and they are classified as a "toy breed". These are AKC Poms, and should mature at around 5-6 pounds. Thanks for your interest :-)
