  • what kind of box is that? please respond thanks

  • @SickRider24

    Read the description.

  • any overheating with that amp as of yet or has it been a good solid amp ? thinking of putting one with a t515

  • @halfcastlulu

No problems at all! I love this amp! Never overheats. But it does not like 2ohms, it always turns off the amp when you bump it too hard, but sounds great wired at 4ohms

  • Im feeling that digital alpine amp runnin the subs. I have a Mrp-m1000 running my 2 type r 12s and my pdx-f4 is running my speakers, i can only imagine that with how clean the sound shooting to the speakers is that the subs would hit HARD.

but I like your set up man!

  • @xXSwooshXx

The system has been out of that car for a while now, I currently have one type r in my crew cab f250 powered by the pdx1000 and boston pro 60's powered by a pdx100.4. SOUNDS AMAZING! Nothing beats the sound quality

  • @blasta510 your probably tripping an internal breaker...

Maybe there is a mod to make your amp work better with the 2 ohms? O_o

My alpine amp works best with 2 ohms, but I'm running 4, so it not at its max power, I went to 300 Watt RMS cuz of the ohms, 2 ohm @ 500 watt RMS is my preference though...lol

  • everyone is telling me they can handle like way over spec (1500 a piece)...i have a class x MA Audio 1200watt at 1 ohm amp, will these slam?

  • @halfcastlulu if an amp overheats, it doesnt mean the amp is crap. A amp overheats because it does get sufficient current. put a 200 amp alt on whatever it is ur driving and u would never overheat an amp on such everyday setups. if u get more radical, power caps, extra batteries would be needed. im not being a dick, i just see so many people asking this question when it doesnt have anything to do with the amp, with sufficient current, it wont even get warm to the touch

  • @socal13lokotes

T1000-1bd MSRP is 800-100 depending on CP and/or artists series

  • @socal13lokotes its a $600 subwoofer, but its not made of plastic like alpines. its paper weight coned subwoofer, you can find it for $288 on techronics, but this subwoofer will go forever, i dont have to recone it, it has 4000 watts max, and running it at constant 950 is perfect.

  • @BURRR420 How much did u buy that sub for?

  • @halfcastlulu bro i got my fosgate t1000-1bdcp for 200 if not try the fosgate R1000-1D it cheaper but still has power but i got a good deal on the t1000 and it constant power of 1000 rms
